2. Riverside and San Bernardino Counties - Animal Friends of the Valleys Offer assistance for medical procedures, spay/neuter and microchipping. May be able to provide transportation assistance for those looking to spay or neuter their pets.

4. Sam Simon Foundation NO EMERGENCY FUNDS. Offers free non-orthopedic surgical procedures for families with total household income of less than $40,000 per year, call 888.364.7729

4. VET SOS Reach resource information via the “Our Partner Clinics” link, then under “Veterinary Street Ourtreach Service (VETSOS).” A volunteer-based project providing free veterinary care for the companion animals of homeless San Franciscans.
